A typical recipe of pizza with Burrata cheese originate from Puglia in Italy.
For the pizza dough :
- 300 g of flour typ 00
- 150 ml of water
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- olive oil
For the side :
- 1 Burrata Michelangelo (200 g)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
How to prepare the dough :
In a bowl, put the flour forming a well.
Pour inside lukewarm water in which you have previously dissolved sugar and yeast.
Begin to knead until the flour absorbes the water.
When the mix is done, add a tablespoon of olive oil and vigorously knead to obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
Sprinkle the bottom of the salad bowl with flour and let the dough rise until it doubles of volume (2 hours).
How to cook the pizza :
Put the dough on the workbench floured and spread it using the rolling pin to obtain a leaf of 1/2 centimeter of thickness.
Oil the baking sheet and put on it the dough.
Preheat the oven at 200°C. Add some oil on the dough and bake it during 20 minutes until it becomes golden.
Remove from the oven.
How to top the pizza :
On a half of the dough, put the tomatoes.
On the other part put the rocket leaves.
At the middle put the Burrata cheese.
Sprinkle of oregano, salt, pepper and oil.
