- 1 Burrata (120 g) Michelangelo ou 200 g
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 green tomato
- Oregano
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and put them on a plate forming a fan shape.
Sparkle with oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Let stand during 10 minutes.
Decorate with basil leafs and put the whole Burrata cheese at the middle.
Repeat for each person.
