Cut the zucchini and brown them in a frying pan with olive oil and garlic.
Cut the Halloumi cheese in slices.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying span and put inside the cheese during 5 minutes turning it. The cheese must have a caramelized color.
In a bowl or a plate, put Halloumi slices and zucchini with garlic. Add on top the fresh basil and olive oil.
Serve & eat warm.
