Previously unfroze the guacamole at room temperature.
Cut the bread in thick slices (at least 2cm) and roast them quickly in the oven.
Peel and cut matchsticks the apples.
Baste the bread slices with olive oil and cover it with a guacamole layer.
And then place some pepper strips and matchstick apple on top and also cruded ham chuncks.
Season & serve.
