grated Tomme Catalane Urgélia PDO cheese

For the stuffing :

  • 1/2 mince onion
  • olive oil
  • 10g dried grapes
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 10g roasted pine nuts

For the bechamel sauce:

  • 30g of butter
  • 30g of flour
  • 20cl whole milk
  • nutmeg
  • salt

Preparation

How to prepare the stuffing :

In a sauce pan with olive oil, brown the onion.
Add the dried grapes, the pine nuts and the spinach.
Cook during 3 minutes.

How to prepare the bechamel sauce :

In a sauce pan, melt the butter, add the flour.
Mix and add the milk.
When the mix begins to be thick, add the nutmeg and salt.
Add a bit of bechamel sauce inside the spinach.

 

On a cannelloni dough, put the mix and wrap it.

At the bottom of the dish, put some bechamel sauce and add the cannelloni.
Cover it of bechamel sauce and sprinkle of grated Tomme Catalane Urgélia PDO.
Bake it 5 min at 220°C.
