Red fruits coulis with Burrata15 min | Difficulty Easy | 1 portion

The delicate and creamy taste of our Burrata cheese marry perfectly with sweet flavour… why not use it to make a dessert?

Burrata avec coulis de fruits


To do the red fruits coulis :

  • 200 g de raspberries (or strawberries, blackberries ...)
  • 25 ml boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


How to prepare the coulis :

In the boiling water add the sugar and the lemon juice.
Mix until the sugar melts and leave to cool.

Put the washed fruits in a blender and blend to obtain a smooth mash.

Add the sugar and lemon syrup.



How to prepare the dessert :

Take the Burrata and put it on a dish.
Decorate with fresh fruits, pistachios, red fruits coulis and mint leaves.

If you do not have fresh fruits you can use jam instead.

Serve fresh.
